Weinlese 2015 glücklich beendet
Endlich durchatmen und Zeit Euch ein paar Bilder zu schicken. Vor einer Woche haben wir die letzten Trauben gelesen, das Equipment ist gesäubert und für’s nächste Jahr verstaut. Die Moste im Keller sind am brutzeln und das Potential des 2015ers lässt sich schon erkennen. Man darf gespannt sein 🙂
Finally taking a breather and having time to send you some pics. One week ago we picked the last Grapes, all the Equipment is cleaned and stored until next year. The must is fermenting in the cellar right now, the potential of vintage 2015 is already tasteable. Get excited! 🙂
